Withdraw the EPF money without the employer signature

The EPFO has now made this process simple by launching some new forms like – Form – 19, Form 10-C, Form – 31, etc. These forms require just some minimal information from you and you are all set to get your money.

But before filling this form, you first need to fill the Form 11. Just follow the steps discussed below to withdraw the EPF money without the employer signature.

1. First, just check on the UAN Portal whether your Aadhaar card and Bank account number are linked or not. Just verify this, by following the below mentioned steps –

                (a) Login to the EPf Portal using your UAN number. Enter Password also.

                (b) Search for the ‘Profile’ section. Click on it and then search for the option ‘UPDATE KYC INFORMATION’ and click on it.

                (c ) You will be instantly able to see the information related to your KYC. Here, if your KYC is completed, you will see your verification status as ‘Approved by the Employer’.

                (d) Now, fill the Form 19. This form will ask you details like – PAN number, date and reason of leaving the service, UAN and your Full address. Form 19 is used for the Full and final settlement of EPF.

                (e ) Submit the form. Remember, this form requires you to submit a cancelled cheque. So, be ready with that. The cheque is expected to mandatorily contain the information like – Bank Account number, your name and IFSC code of your bank branch.

                Note- In case, you want to make a partial withdrawal of EPF, just fill the Form – 31 (Newly introduced)
