2. If you want to remove your profile, you have to delete your account. Merely canceling the LinkedIn Premium subscription will not delete your profile.
3. All the LinkedIn Premium features will be made available to you till the end of the billing period.
The process to cancel Your LinkedIn Premium Account –
(A) For Android devices –
By following the steps discussed below, you can easily delete your LinkedIn subscription –
1. Go to the official LinkedIn site and Sign In.
2. Access the Profile section of LinkedIn.
3. Select ‘Premium Subscriptions Settings’.
4. Now, click on ‘Cancel Subscription’. This option will be available under the heading ‘Account type’.
5. Select the reason for the cancellation.
6. Click on ‘Confirm Cancellation’.
7. At the end, click ‘Done’.
(B) For iPhone –
(i) Cancel a LinkedIn subscription from the iTunes Store –
- Open the LinkedIn webpage.
- Access the profile page by clicking on the ‘Me’ tab.
- Go to ‘Settings and Privacy’.
- Click on the ‘Account’ tab.
- Then click on ‘Subscriptions’.
- As you are looking forward to canceling the Premium Membership, click on the ‘Manage Premium Account’ tab.
- Search and click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ tab.
- Choose the reason for canceling.
- Click on ‘Continue’.
- Tap on the ‘Cancel my subscription’ tab.
- In the end, tap on the ‘Go to my homepage’ tab. This will delete your LinkedIn Account (Premium).
(ii) Cancel a LinkedIn subscription through Apple Subscriptions –
- Open ‘Settings’.
- Tap ‘iTunes and App Store’.
- Click on your Apple ID and then the Sign In tab.
- Sign in using a registered email address and password.
- Now, tap on ‘View Apple ID’.
- Enter the password in the pop-up menu that appears and click ‘OK’.
- Click on ‘Manage’ and then tap the ‘Subscriptions’ tab present near the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the ‘Cancel Subscription’ tab present at the bottom of the screen.
- When prompted, click on the ‘Confirm’ tab. This will cancel your LinkedIn premium subscription through Apple subscriptions.
