- You are asked to enter user ID, DOB, and select Mobile or Email to receive the OTP.
- Click on continue button after answering the security questions.
- The new password will be sent to your mobile or email depending on the option you select.
- You can now login to the SBI HRMS portal and enter the new password.
- Tap Login to view your account details.
